The candidate will be expected to respond to all Customer Sales enquiries and orders efficiently to efficiently meet the customer demand and expectation. This is a customer-facing role which requires you to build strong customer relationships within the Sales sector of the business to ensure a first-class level of Administrative Customer Service to the customer is provided.
Full-time, 35 hours- 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
£23,500- £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Answer all in-coming sales admin and reception overflow calls with confidence in yourself, in your colleagues and in your Company and take ownership of those calls.- To produce machinery and other invoices on the ADP computer system and submit to the finance company and/or customer.- Data input on various systems, including ADP, Excel and more.- Manage customer orders and process them efficiently, including ordering new machinery, managing specification changes and allocating registrations.- Booking delivery of machine with transport suppliers.- Scanning of files related documents. - Assist Sales Admin Manager and the rest of the team daily as required and during busy holiday periods.
The experience you'll need:
- Proven record of working within a customer sales environment- Exceptionally honest, reliable, trustworthy & a good timekeeper.- Ability to work on your own initiative.- Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels - both written and verbally. - Be able to Multitask and handle different customer demands at any given time- Be able to manage time and projects effectively
