Residential Support Worker (Male) Contract type: Full Time (40 Hours per week) Contract term: Permanent. Starting Salary: £24,107.20 per annum Full UK Driving License- Required We are looking for a Full-Time Male support worker to join us! Due to the needs of our service we feel Male support workers are needed to best suit the needs of our young people. Cambian Pengwern College is a 52-week placement provision, has a proud and successful tradition of supporting students between the ages of 16 – 25 who have Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs, including some challenging behaviours, to gain valuable life skills, qualifications and confidence to support their onward journey towards independence. The Head of College and the dedicated team recognise this success and want to offer this opportunity to a wider range of young people and adults as part the ongoing developments that are taking place across all areas of the college.
