With prime locations secured, this is a rare opportunity to be part of an exciting venture at its inception. The first project is a bold and innovative Japanese-Mexican fusion restaurant, spanning two floors in a stunning venue. The menu will showcase modern interpretations of both cuisines, blending Japanese culinary techniques with the vibrant flavours of Mexico. We are looking for an Executive Chef with extensive experience in premium dining, ideally with expertise in sushi, raw bars, open-fire cooking, and integrating Mexican influences. You will play a pivotal role in the opening of this flagship site, overseeing kitchen design, recruitment, team training, and menu development. This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to step into a Group Executive Chef position, overseeing all three London ventures as they come to life. We are seeking candidates with a strong background at the Group Executive Chef level or similar, with experience in high-volume, premium restaurants.
