Identify, extract, and transform raw data into structured, analysable formats, ensuring data accuracy and performing preliminary analyses. Use tools like R, Excel, and other software to clean, manipulate, and analyse data. Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively. Develop and document processes for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis. Clearly explain analysis and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Show interest in workforce analytics, using data to drive predictive insights and improve workplace efficiency. Manage projects independently, meeting deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed.
