Commercial Manager

Sphere have been asked to resourced for a commercial manager for one of our long standing clients. The client are currently building large commercial units in Tewkesbury. There are several phases and each commercial unit is in the value of £10 - £15 million. The project is an MOD project. The individual they are looking to hire needs to have several years commercial manager experience as you will be managing several quantity surveyors for a long period of time. Ideally someone who will have worked on MOD projects before and to a similar scale as above
