Our solutions are tailored to specific needs and result in significant cost savings, improved efficiency, resilience, and a healthier environment.Role Overview:Working directly for the Client and Small Projects Manager, your overarching responsibility will be to assist with the ongoing development and operation of a unique energy management tools to provide our clients with a range of services including performance monitoring and reporting with comparisons against Key Performance Indicators to develop with the Asset Performance team problem resolutions. This role entails the development of internal tools to further streamline our energy-as-a-service approach, feeding back into the design and construction stages of projects. In certain situations, the role will involve direct involvement in design work to further optimise existing systems.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Undertake analysis of data and provide outputs such as benchmarking, load profile review with contractual and financial impact.Play a key role in the development of our Energy Management System (EMS) platform utilising skills including Object-Oriented Programming and database management.Determine the potential savings, cost and simple payback for each measure using proprietary software, modelling tools and specialist information.Undertake site surveys highlighting energy performance improvement opportunities through good engineering practices.Contribute narrative on each of the measures including graphs, diagrams, and photographs for insertion into the project deliverable as required by the Energy ManagerExecute your role within the parameters set under the Dalkia Energy Project Management Framework including responsibility for allocated time, governance of data and associated analysis, internal senior management and client communications.Be the key person in the relationship between Dalkia Energy Services and our energy management tool provider working closely to develop innovative solutions to bespoke data interface and management tasks.Produce and automate M&V reports using proprietary energy management system (EMS) tools and standard software packages.*The above list is not exhaustive and can change due to business requirements.Knowledge, Skills, Education & Experience:Bachelors degree in one of the following or any related subject: Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, Physics and Sustainable Energy.0 - 4 years post grad experienceKnowledgeable in at least four and proficient in others with respect to computer science; problem solving, data analysis, programming languages, software development, mathematics and technical writing.Firstly, you get to join a fantastic, friendly, forward-thinking team of people, who will welcome you and are passionate about the work that we do.We offer a wide range of benefits and rewards;Access to a NEST Pension Scheme with 6% employer contributionHealth cash back plan where you can claim back costs such as dental, optical and medicalLife assurance at 4 times your basic salaryCycle to work schemeAn electric vehicle scheme – where we help you lease an electric vehicle for a fixed monthly cost to yourself (after 3 months service and post probationary period)Access to My Perks, where you can access hundreds of offers to help you save on your purchases (online and in person)Access to our training portal and other approved trainingReimbursement for one professional membership fee relevant to your roleAll the necessary equipment to perform your job role, such as laptop and mobile phone*Please note at the moment we are unable to sponsor for this position, you will need to have in place your right to work and not require sponsorship.
