I am in search of an experienced site or senior site manager with a proven and knowledgeable background in delivering new homes! Working for leading house building business delivering quality homes to the open market and working in partnerships with housing associations to enhance local communities. You will be joining a company with some of the best talent in the South West under excellent leaderships. A secure pipeline of work and healthy land bank, making this business attractive to candidates looking for a long term and exciting move!
This is a brand new scheme with groundworks due to start next month, the duration of the build is circa 2 years.
I am interested in speaking to driven and motivated site managers, who are accustomed to managing medium to large scales developments ranging from 50 – 100 plus units. You will have strong organisation and communication skills. Excellent IT and programming knowledge. Award winning managers are encouraged to apply!
On top of the salary which as always is DOE there is an option of a car or allowance and excellent benefits.
The site is commutable from most parts of North Devon, all of Mid and East Devon. The client is also seeking an assistant site manager so would consider taking on site team together!
