As a key player in our team, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to work in one of London’s most exclusive areas, taking on varied and challenging tasks. Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team on a mobile basis. Whether you prefer to work foot-mobile or van-mobile, this role offers flexibility with the option to take the van home or leave it at the office. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems across our portfolio, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: * Electrical Maintenance: Carry out routine inspections, testing, and repairs on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control panels. * Mechanical Maintenance: Service and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment. * Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM): Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure the ongoing reliability and safety of building systems. * Reactive Maintenance: Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and faults, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime. Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a commercial environment. * Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills. * Relevant qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent). * 18th Edition or equivalent electrical qualification is desirable. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. * Full UK driving license (if opting for van-mobile).
