We are working with a public sector organisation in South West Wales to recruit a new Senior Health and Safety Advisor to the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and dynamic individual to play a key role in leading the safety team and function for the business.

The Senior Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of four Health and Safety Advisors, working together and supporting them in their roles.
- Collaborating with department managers to promote continuous improvement and maintain a strong safety culture.
- Developing health and safety plans to support the company in the implementation of health, safety, and wellbeing strategies.
- Working alongside management in the development of business plans, risk profiles, KPIs, and operational work plans.
- Giving presentations and attending events where required to promote a positive health and safety culture.
