Senior Backend Engineer - Node.js

Salary - Circa £100K - £110K + Bonus!

Manchester - Hybrid

Tech: Node, TypeScript, JavaScript

We have partnered up with a FinTech Scale up company who are growing drastically and their engineering team in the UK. To reach their continued growth plans, they are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help enhance an already well-received Trading data-heavy product for the Finance space and take it to new heights. Interview Process: 3 stages - completed within a week!

Responsibilities:

• Very comfortable using Node and TypeScript
• Extensive and proven experience in building complex platform development on the Backend using Node.js
• Experience in performing code reviews and helping to maintain best practices
• Demonstrates through previous work, a passion for producing intuitive, user friendly interfaces, responsive and scalable interfaces
• Design and implement cloud aspects using AWS
• Confident working with microservices architecture
• Experience of agile methodologies, ideally scrum
• A team player
