My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to join their fun, busy company.

The Role: Service Advisor

The Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00

Location: Storrington

Salary: 26,000 - 30,000 -

Job role

• Answering Phones
• Booking appointments
• Dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis as well as over the phone and email
• Liaising with Technicians consistently and pro-actively as well as the Office Manager
• Managing and returning stock
• Ordering relevant parts for specific vehicles and Jobs

Candidate requirements:

• Admin and Office experience is essential
• Motor Trade experience preferred but not essential
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment within a team setting
• Basic computer knowledge (Training will be given for the use of Garage software)
• Ability to prioritise efficiently and multi task
• Good organisational skills
• Good and punctual Time management
