As a Pharmacy Manager, you'll be responsible for: Delivering an exemplary pharmacy service in line with legislation and professional standards. Advising consultants, clinicians, and patients on the safe and effective use of medicines. Ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards in medicine management. Promoting a patient-focused, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare delivery.Package and Benefits: The Pharmacy Manager role comes with an attractive package, including: Annual salary of up to £65,000. £1000 joining bonus (T&Cs apply). 35 days of annual leave, including bank holidays. At least 4 years of post-graduation experience in a hospital environment at ward level. Ability to analyse clinical and management problems and devise solutions. Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and influencing evidence-based practice.
