Client Relationship Manager

We are recruiting client relationship manager to work for a private, well established healthcare provider experienced in treating customers the way in which we would wish to be treated. The Role: You will be responsible for keeping in touch regularly with your own portfolio of customers, ensuring that all queries are responded to, review scheme performance and deliver interactive presentations to all levels of management, directors and trustees within your entire portfolio. You will be involved in pricing and negotiating renewal terms which will require some analytical work. About you : You will have a track record of successfully managing and building similar relationships. You will be proud of the contributions you have made to any team that you have been part of and also able to work autonomously. You will have excellent communication skills, able to build trust and relationships easily, committed to providing the best customer service to your customers, prioritisation and having excellent attention to details is second nature to you. Some flexibility is required as is a full driving license because you will need to travel within the UK.
