Technical Surveyor

Spencer Ogden is partnered with an innovative renewable energy solutions company, focussing on solar power generation from residential and commercial and industrial rooftops.This is an exciting opportunity at a well-established company, which has a solid business pipeline backed by sound financial support.We are currently looking to add a talented Technical Surveyor to the team.The Opportunity:Conduct Site Surveys: Use laser devices, drones, and photogrammetry to survey and create 3D models of potential solar PV installation sites.Report and Document: Write detailed reports using web platforms, ensuring accurate and well-maintained documentation.Quality and Safety: Perform quality inspections, safety audits, and issue NICEIC certificates.Coordinate with Design Team: Ensure survey data is effectively communicated for high-quality designs.Stand-in for UK Lead PM: Assume their responsibilities when needed.Your role involves overseeing surveys, managing project execution, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.Skills Required:Passionate about renewable energy.Qualified electrician.Skilled in designing industrial LV systems, including metering and grid connections.Experienced in solar PV installation.Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.Continuously improve processes.Proficient in MS SharePoint and the full MS Office suite, especially Excel.Experienced in CRM systems.Detail-oriented and capable of leading by example.Able to manage large engineering design documents.Can demonstrate competence with references to successful projects.To apply for the role, please send your resume to [email protected]
