Lead Mechanical Engineer – Wandsworth Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established facilities maintenance company as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at a state-of-the-art facility in Wandsworth. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a small team of mechanical engineers * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance * Ensure the smooth operation of a large facility, maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency * Oversee day-to-day mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards What's On Offer: * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm * Salary: Competitive basic salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience) * Progression: Excellent routes for career development and progression within a reputable company * Overtime: Opportunities available for additional earnings * Location: Modern, large-scale facility in the Wandsworth area What's required: * Mechanically qualified (Plumbing Level 2 or higher, Degree, HNC, etc) * Previous leadership experience would be ideal * At least 5 years Facilities Maintenance experience This is an ideal role for a motivated engineer looking to grow their leadership skills and take charge of a dynamic team within a thriving organisation
