Job description 15 hours per week to start Self-employed, commission only on target earnings £31,200 - £38,400 plus bonus  Mum-Dance, the 80s dance fitness class gets thousands of women fit and happy. We have expanded to 65 class locations across the UK, Gibraltar and Ireland with our compelling, successful, national brand. Now Mum-Dance is ready to pump up the jam and go massive and that’s where you come in! We are recruiting a self-employed, commission-only sales team to scale the business, selling our highly competitive instructor program across the British/channel Isles and onto global markets within 6 months. You will be working from home, Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends. Person Specification Entrepreneurial Ambitious Highly driven Aspiration to move up as the business grows Essential Previous Experience Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets Proven sales track record with evidence of achieving set targets The full sales cycle with prospecting, qualifying, nurturing and closing sales.
