Porter (Loader) Monkspath, Solihull £11.44PH - £13.16PH Are you looking for a rewarding job as a Porter with flexible hours heading towards Christmas? We have an excellent opportunity for experienced individuals in Monkspath, Shirley, working 8-10-hour shifts, any 4 days out of 7 (Weekend availability required). Job Role: As a dedicated Porter, your primary responsibility will be to load and unload vehicles on delivery bays in a large warehouse with a variety of goods. You will be part of a two-person crew, working alongside a driver to ensure efficient and careful handling of items. Key Responsibilities: Load and unload vehicles at the Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) in Shirley. Handle white goods, furniture, and flatpacks with care. Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism. Ensuring and clean and tidy workspace Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling. Excellent customer service skills. You must be able to commute to Monkspath for 06:00 including weekends Working Hours and Pay Rates: AM Shifts: 06:00 - 17:00 (3-4 shifts per week, Monday to Saturday). PM Shifts: 10:00 - 21:00 (3-4 shifts per week, Monday to Saturday). Saturday Shifts: 06:00/07:00 starts. AM Shift Rate: £11.44 per hour. £13.16 per hour after 19:00 hours & weekends.
