Venue Manager (Hospitality)

Venue Manager Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week Salary: £28k-£36k We are on the hunt for a Venue Manager who embodies the spirit of good craic and is dedicated to steering our guests to the good times with ease and style. Day to Day of the Role: Oversee all front of house operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. Provide exceptional customer service, swiftly addressing any concerns or feedback. Lead and develop a team of staff, nurturing a culture of positivity and high performance. Maintain impeccable standards of venue presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance. Utilise guest booking and profiling systems to enhance the customer journey. Foster a collaborative environment between Front of House and Back of House teams. Drive business growth through innovative strategies and excellent service delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven track record as a Venue Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality sector. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of bar and restaurant operations. Financial literacy, with experience in budget management and reporting. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
