Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Job Type: Permanent Location: Leiston Start Date: January 2025 Salary: Negotiable Company, Project & benefits of a Quantity Surevyor ARC are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work with our client Galldris on a large infrastructure project at Sizewell in Leiston. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in managing costs and contracts for civil engineering projects in a challenging and dynamic construction environment. Duties & Responsibilities of Site Engineer Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts Monitor project costs and financial progress Provide commercial support to project teams Prepare and submit valuations and final accounts Desirable Experience: Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes Excellent analytical and numerical skills Effective communication and negotiation abilities Application Process: If you would like more information on this position of a Quantity Surveyor or any other vacancy, please email your current CV through.
