Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities.Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.Help create and maintain a safe and organized learning environment.Support students in their social and emotional development.Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school events. QualificationsA passion for working with children and a genuine desire to support their learning and development.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Experience working with primary school-aged children is an advantage.
