Specifically, we would like someone who has the following qualities:Calmness Empathy Enthusiasm Flexibility InitiativeExperience of working with KS1 childrenExperience of teaching phonics, preferably with RWI is desirableA demonstrable understanding of continuous provisionA strong understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to support every childA clear understanding of how we keep children safe and awareness of Keeping Children Safe in EducationHours 8.45 - 3.15pm every day. This role is offered on a fixed term basis to cover long term sickness absence, until 31st December 2024 in the first instance. Visitors comment on the warm atmosphere in the school.
