Facilities Maintenance Engineer

We have a new opportunity to be part of our Facilities team in the role of Facilities Maintenance Engineer.Responsibilities:Ensure all permanent EHSS, Soft Services and Events assets are safe to operate, efficient and meet all relevant legislation.Ensure all temporary and event set-up EHSS, Soft Services and Events assets are safe to operate, efficient and meet all relevant legislation.Update the asset care register to ensure all details are logged once work completed.Continually improve equipment availability and reliability.Work to the TPM and PPM schedules.Manage critical spares inventory.Keep the facility including event areas tidy and repair / make any alterations as required.Respond to breakdowns and fault diagnosis – get kit back online. Use root cause analysis to correct and prevent future failureEnsure TPM and PPM systems are correct and up to dateCarry out planned scheduled maintenance and servicingDevelop and identify key spare parts inventory to help reduce machine downtimeManage spares and service budgets.Work as a team member where roles cross over on certain jobsWork alone or as part of a team being proactive, work responsibly, and professionally always and to respect and comply with the company’s reporting structureAny other duties as reasonably requested aligned to you job roleSkills & Knowledge RequiredPossess an excellent working knowledge of, Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.Highly organised and analyticKnowledge of workshop health safety and environmental controlsAbility to read machine OEM manuals and technical documents and interpret into usable systemsPrevious experience as maintenance engineer or similarTo be a collaborative team player who is self-motivated and to motivate others to thrive in a challenging environmentAbility to calmly and confidently work under pressure to achieve tight targets and deliver results within required timescalesTo communicate effectively, positively, and respectfully with all colleagues.To have a flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a demanding and rapidly changing environment – collaborative approachBe results orientated and be confident in your decision-making skillsBe enthusiastic and versatile and be able to build, develop and maintain good working relationships with colleaguesEmbark on a journey with Aston Martin Aramco® Formula One Team to reshape history at our brand new state-of-the-art, sustainable campus based in Northamptonshire.
