Sales Manager Permanent Role: Sales Manager Up to £30000 - £35000 per annum Company details: Our client is a residential housing developer based in Warwickshire with premium residential properties in the private sector – from houses for first-time buyers to luxury 5-bedroom family homes. Our client now has an opportunity for an experienced New Build Sales Manager to join our west midlands development. Sales manager benefits: Salary up to £35,000 per annum Contributory pension Potential for further bonus Generous Commission Structure 25 Days Holiday per annum Sales Manager Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of Sale Executive to achieve targets ensuring all performance targets are reached across sales and customer service. Regularly carry out market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives and other marketing events are carried out proactively to produce the correct pipeline fulfilling set sales targets. Become the reference point for all internal and external departments parties as well as the purchaser from the first contact through the completion of the sale of the house. Take ownership of the presentation of the development as well as the whole purchase process. Regularly scope target customers, following through with appointments, introducing customers to their new homes and customer satisfaction is measured to the level required by our client.
