Role Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving delegate attendance for high-profile exhibitions. Your expertise will play a key role in sustaining and accelerating the significant growth the portfolio has experienced in recent years. Key Responsibilities Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically tailored for exhibitions that effectively attract, engage, and retain audiences. Multi-Channel Lead Generation (exprom + visprom): Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads across various channels, including web, email, print, telemarketing, social media, PPC, and more. Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform and optimize marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and ROI. Budget Management: Create and manage budgets effectively, ensuring the best use of resources for high-impact campaigns. Client-Facing Role: Act as a consultative marketing partner to clients, offering strategic insights and customized marketing solutions. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a regional marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the continuous professional growth of team members. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to design and implement strategies that drive sponsorship revenue and enhance event success. Why This Role? Ideal Candidate Profile Mandatory Experience: Extensive experience in marketing and lead generation for exhibitions is a must. Integrated Campaign Expertise: Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing channels such as web, email, print, telemarketing, social media, and PPC to generate and nurture leads. Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to create and implement revenue-generating strategies. Teamwork: Excellent stakeholder management and team collaboration skills. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, with strong time management skills. Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, forward-thinking approach. Digital Proficiency: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance campaign performance. Communication: Outstanding copywriting skills with a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
