Location – Hybrid Working / Trinity Estates - Vantage Point, 23 Mark Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 7DN
Working Hours – 09:00 – 17:15 Monday - Friday
Salary – £22,500 per annum

Job Description:
The Legal Resales Administrator is responsible for working with residents, solicitors and other members of staff to assist with the sale, purchase and/or remortgage of our properties. Key responsibilities and tasks include:
To answer queries and deal with correspondence relating to residential property sales, primarily concerned with buyers’ pre-sale enquiries. To manage and report independently on own workload and maintain agreed turnaround times, working to clear deadlines. Liaise with different teams, internally and externally, to obtain information required to answer enquiries. To process the incoming legal documentation to ensure successful transfer of the property on our internal system. To work with the team, collaborate and share knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:
Clear communication skills both written and verbal. Effective time management and the ability to work to deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy. An enthusiastic team player with the desire to learn from teammates. Be able to effectively prioritise your workload within a busy and fast-paced environment. Confidence and readiness to ask questions to ensure correct ways of working. Be able to present a logical argument verbally in a straightforward, polite and business-like manner.
