Assistant Site Manager New Build Housing

Konnect Recruit are working with an established developer that is looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager to oversee units from roof level to customer handover.

The current phase is over 100 units of traditional build and the succseful candidate would be working with an excellent Project Manager and Site Manager.

CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are required for this role.
