Lead Quantity Surveyor (planned maintenance and social housing)

Location: Wessex (based in Romsey office)

Package: 55k plus car allowance, fuel card and bonus scheme

Our client, a national leading maintenance contractor, have an opportunity for a Lead Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Wessex to work on planned maintenance and social housing projects.

You will need:

- To be a qualified Quantity Surveyor

- To have experience working on similar projects
