You will also be helping the larger team with general building maintenance. Main Duties: As a Maintenance Person, you'll be an integral part of our maintenance crew, ensuring that any general Fabric maintenance is completed. Here's what you can expect: Routine Maintenance: Conduct scheduled fabric inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become problems. Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair plumbing malfunctions, making necessary upgrades and replacements as required. Compliance: Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and safety standards. Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service and answering their fabric questions.
