Role & Responsibilities:
- Dealing with electro-mechanical faults.
- Fault finding, diagnosis and repair.
- Planned preventative maintenance.
- Refurbishing all machinery.
- Adhering to all quality standards.
- Promoting continuous improvement.
- Operating production machinery.
- Assembling components/products.
- Deal with quality checks/inspection, performance quality.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- NVQ 3 (minimum) or time served - Electrical or Mechanical.
- Experience with maintenance/production.
- Continuous improvement techniques.
