Landscaper/Team Leader

Description We are seeking an experienced landscaper manage a team and to aid in the construction, and installation of our landscaping designs. As a landscaper, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces, meeting the needs and requirements of our clients. You will also be responsible for the running of a site, and the oversite of those on your team. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret and follow technical plans accurately, and work within a team of people. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces and ideally have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work. Responsibilities · Build hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. · Soft landscaping such as Turfing and tree installation. · Operate and equipment such as excavators and dumpers. ·Supervision of deliveries ·Staff management and supervision Additional duties ·Health and safety site management (PPE) ·Site management - tools, tidiness, positive staff motivation & supervision ·Tools - equipment operated/maintained correctly & safely stored ·Stock inventory - tools and materials check sheets completed ·Positive client management Requirements · Proven experience as a landscaper, with a portfolio of work samples · Knowledge of construction and landscape design · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail · Ability to read and interpret project plans and designs · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Physical stamina and strength · Knowledge of working safely Salary The salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum or more, depending on experience.
