Are you a CAD Engineer with experience using NX?Expleo are currently recruiting for CAD Engineer's with experience using NX, based in Bedfordshire on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be a focused, highly motivated, results orientated individual who works well under pressure and can work to a given deadline.Responsibilities of the CAD Engineer:• CAD design and modelling of metal and interior / exterior trim components• Preparation of engineering release packs• Take CAD designs from concept to finished model and produce finished drawings for engineering release• Support during pre-production builds and launch phase• Assist in cost down activities on current production vehiclesBackground, and skills required for the CAD engineer role:• Experienced NX user, including complex surfacing• Experience using Teamcenter• Knowledge of metal and / or interior / exterior trim components• A working knowledge of component manufacturing and tooling requirements• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint• Ability to work well within a team environment is essential** PLEASE NOTE ** To meet with current legislation, right to work checks will be carried out to ensure candidates can work in the UK.
