Job Requirements / Description

Maternity Contract for minimum of 1 year could be more. Hours are 9 to 5 pm Lovely Company close to shopping centre. Job could become Permanent and plenty of other opportunities.

Sales Ledger Invoicing

Credit Control

Online client portals

Client weekly/monthly applications

Single/consolidated invoices

Building new client profiles /pay rates/priorities in to the job management system

Running cost/revenue reports

Sales ledger reports

Data entry

Reconciling sales accounts

Key responsibilities include:

Sales Ledger Invoicing

Client weekly/monthly applications

Single/consolidated invoices

Building new client profiles /pay rates/priorities in to the job management system

Running cost/revenue reports

Sales ledger reports

Data entry

Reconciling sales accounts

Updating invoicing/account spreadsheets daily

Ideal applicant would:

  • Have knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting software packages
  • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Have experience within the Construction industry
  • Knowledge of CAFM (many of our clients use web based portals such as Verisae, Halo, Servicechannel)
  • Knowledge of job management system Job Logic would an advantage but not critical.
