r role on behalf of our client, a D2C fast-growing, fashion business. If you're passionate about driving organic growth, boosting engagement, and building a brand presence across all platforms, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As the Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for both the strategy and execution of the company’s organic social media across multiple platforms. This is a highly hands-on position where you’ll be creating content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and engaging directly with the brand's audience. The role requires a self-starter who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

While this role won’t involve direct responsibility for managing influencers, you'll work closely with the influencer team to ensure a cohesive brand message and support their efforts through social content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive organic social media strategy to drive growth and engagement. Create and curate engaging, platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve. Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful relationships with followers. Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports, using data to continually optimize campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams, especially the influencer team, to ensure alignment on campaigns and messaging.

Manager role, with a strong track record of growing and managing accounts across various platforms. A D2C Fashion/Consumer or Beauty background is desirable. A true go-getter who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and take charge of all aspects of social media. Deep understanding of social media analytics and tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills and a creative flair for developing standout social content. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams, particularly in supporting influencer strategies.
