We currently have offices in Sheffield (our HQ), Leeds, Manchester & Bristol.
What we are looking for:
- A strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and software.
- The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Strong customer service skills.
- The ability to pay close attention to systems and environments to accurately identify, replicate, and fix issues.
- Efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks, often under pressure.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with other team members.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
- Robust knowledge of operating systems, cloud-based software applications, and mobile device management solutions.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and principles of cyber security.
- Good communication, teamwork, and customer service capabilities.
