We currently have offices in Sheffield (our HQ), Leeds, Manchester & Bristol.


What we are looking for:

  • A strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and software.
  • The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • The ability to pay close attention to systems and environments to accurately identify, replicate, and fix issues.
  • Efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks, often under pressure.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate with other team members.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
  • Robust knowledge of operating systems, cloud-based software applications, and mobile device management solutions.
  • Familiarity with network troubleshooting and principles of cyber security.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and customer service capabilities.
