Primary Teaching Assistant

Academics are looking for an enthusiastic and exemplary Primary Teaching Assistant on behalf of a supportive and friendly school in Rickmansworth. This role involves working in a class alongside the class teacher, supporting the learning of children within Year 4. As the Teaching Assistant, you will support all students within the class and aid the development and growth of students with SEN. Role : Primary Teaching Assistant Location : Rickmansworth Pay : £17,481 to £18,367 (depending on experience) Start Date : November 2nd The hours are 8.40am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday term time only. This role is a fixed term post to July 2025 in the first instance, with a possibility of it becoming permanent. The role will include lunch time supervisor. Relevant school experience is preferred and you must be willing to be flexible. Candidates will need to have a caring and nurturing approach in understanding the needs of children. The school require English and Maths qualifications to at least GCSE Grade C (or equivalent). Interviews taking place now.
