Responsibilities of a Client Service Administrator
- Liaising with clients to resolve queries and arrange meetings
- Processing requests for deposits and withdrawals
- Setting up, maintaining, and closing client accounts
- Preparing for and coordinating annual review meetings
- Drafting and processing authority letters
- Completing fact finds and preparing reports
- Generating CTC, CGT reports, and valuations
- Organizing client events
- Performing general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Experience as a Client Service Administrator in a financial services role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, confident telephone manner
- Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering exceptional results
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing
- Excellent organizational skills
