They were founded over 40 years ago and have become a mainstay in the Architectural landscape in the North-west of England and across the UK. They are medium-sized, roughly 25 members of staff and they are bursting with talented, creative minds. Due to company expansion, they are looking to add a Senior Architect and maybe a Senior Architectural Technologist to the team to help sustain the workload way into 2025 and beyond. There will be the opportunity to lead and manage your own workload with support of a wider team of Architectural/construction professionals. There is opportunity for this person to be fast-tracked to Associate level in the not-too-distant future. Typically, they like people from a Commercial-sector background. They are open to hearing from people of all backgrounds but Commercial would be the most appropriate. This person should have strong design & technical skills and be confident in their ability to run projects. As an Architect within this studio, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of various commercial projects. Using your expertise and creative flair, you will work alongside a dedicated team to deliver outstanding architectural solutions that exceed client expectations. Ideally this person will be a RIBA qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years UK-based practical experience. Software skills can be taught so there is no pre-requisite for REVIT proficiency here.
