As Executive Director, Audiences & Public Engagement, you shape and drive the engagement strategy that connects IWM with diverse and evolving audiences, both physically and digitally, across local, national, and international platforms.
Leading a dynamic team of over 70 professionals, you collaborate closely with the Executive Director, Collections & Curation, to ensure our offerings captivate and inspire. You are directly accountable to the Director General, playing a critical role in determining how IWM continues to engage, educate, and inspire its global audiences in alignment with its vision.
You bring a strong track record of creating innovative programmes that engage with a broad spectrum of audiences and are excited by the challenge of making a lasting impact on how history is shared, remembered, and understood.
