Role Overview: Are you a talented Project Architect eager to join an experienced team in managing the design and construction phases of luxury fashion retail projects? We'd love to hear from you. In this role, you will collaborate closely with high-profile clients and internal teams to develop and deliver cutting-edge retail spaces that elevate brand identities and create immersive customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities


  • Take ownership of projects, developing conceptual designs into detailed architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Ensure adherence to client design intent, brand standards, and project requirements throughout all phases.
  • Lead cross-functional teams or external consultants to coordinate all design efforts.
  • Conduct site visits, oversee construction progress, and swiftly resolve any design implementation issues.
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and client-facing communication materials.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, materials, and sustainable practices in luxury fashion and retail design


Qualifications And Experience


  • Degree in Architecture or Building Engineering and minimum 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail/fashion projects.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent client management, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and sustainable design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for site visits as needed.
