The Role:

As an Air Conditioning Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and servicing VRV/VRF and Split air conditioning systems across various sites. Your expertise will ensure the reliability and efficiency of these systems, contributing to our mission of providing high-quality HVAC solutions.



Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with VRV/VRF & Split Systems
  • Strong electrical knowledge
  • Competency with service software is advantageous
  • Experience with various manufacturers, including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung, LG, Panasonic, Sanyo, and Toshiba
  • Experience with close control systems is advantageous
  • Commitment to maintaining high engineering standards and safety protocols


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Planned and Reactive Maintenance: Perform fault finding, testing, repair, and preventative maintenance on VRV, Split, and CRAC systems.
  • Task Management: Update completed tasks on the mobile task management system.
  • Standards and Safety: Ensure engineering and safety standards are maintained across all operations.
  • Coordination: Manage sub-contractors for both PPM and reactive works.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records for all site works.
  • Emergency Response: Participate in a call-out rota to attend site emergencies outside of normal working hours.
  • High-Level Work: Carry out tasks at high levels using platforms, scaffolding, and ladders, with all necessary training and PPE provided.
  • Tool Maintenance: Keep all company-issued tools safe and serviceable.
  • Contract Support: Proactively support the success of the contract with a positive approach.
  • Other Duties: Complete any additional tasks as requested by management.
