This position is perfect for individuals who come from an Electrical or/and Mechanical building services, HVAC engineering operations background and who are looking to move into a more technical in-house consultancy environment, working within multiple sectors such as Commercial blue chip clients, financial and banking organisations, real estate managing agents, government organisation and private sector prestigious customers. Technically minded / Electrically / Mechanically / Air Conditioning HVAC Experienced and knowledgeable. Career minded and hungry for further training. Capturing M&E Assets Creating Asset registers. Attend and conduct building survey reports.
