Chief Financial Officer | Series D SaaS | London Harmonic Finance is excited to collaborate with an innovative and rapidly growing Series D SaaS company, with an impressive annual revenue of circa £60 million and a dedicated team of over 350 employees, this company has created a substantial name for themselves. Backed by industry leading investors, their cutting-edge platform is pushing the boundaries of their sector and is renowned across the UK and Europe, leading to exponential growth in recent years, with this upward trajectory projected to continue. As the company looks to scale its operations internationally and enhance its brand, technological capabilities and community, they are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. This role will be critical in driving financial strategy, supporting sustainable growth, and ensuring robust financial health as the company continues to expand. This role demands a seasoned finance professional with strategic foresight and strong operational expertise. Acting as a true business partner, the CFO will ensure finance is a front office function, collaborating with the rest of the C-Suite, managing key stakeholders, and reporting to the Board. The CFO will implement the long-term financial strategy, ensuring operational excellence and robust financial management. This includes budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial leadership within a fast-paced, SaaS environment. Support the CEO in developing and implementing the company's long-term growth strategy. Ownership of FP&A including the financial model, detailed forecasting and creation of accurate budgets Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement. Develop and maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Oversee risk management activities, including insurance, investments, and external audits. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Full ownership and oversight of day-to-day finance Develop an outward facing finance function where finance is a real partner to all departments and not just a ‘back-office function’. Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA status ~ Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. ~ 5+ years finance leadership experience in high-growth scale-up environment. ~ Proven experience in scaling finance teams to drive improved efficiencies and customer experience. ~ Very high level of commercial acumen with a proven track record of developing and implementing long term financial strategy. ~ Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. ~ Experience acting as a finance leader within a fast-growth SaaS environment.
