Job Title: Part-Time SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support) Location: Wigan Company: Tradewind Recruitment Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a child with additional needs. This part-time position is based at a school in Wigan and offers the opportunity to make a real difference in a student's educational journey. Key Responsibilities: Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a child with additional needs in the classroom. Assist with daily learning activities, social integration, and behaviour management. Work closely with teachers and other staff to implement personalised learning plans. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.Requirements: Prior experience supporting children with additional needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both students and staff. A patient, caring, and empathetic approach to supporting children with special educational needs.Position Details: Part-time: 2-3 days per week, from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Immediate start available.
