Based in the North West, the Group use their combined expert knowledge skills to develop intelligent technology-led solutions that optimise their customers’ business performance and their clear commitment to innovation has enabled the Group to deliver an enviable track record of revenue and profit growth. Following a recent restructuring, they are now looking to appoint an exceptional Group Finance Director to help take them forward on the next stage of their growth journey and through to a potential transaction in the next few years. The successful candidate will be a highly astute commercial finance professional with international experience who is used to working with entrepreneurs and owner-founders. Central to this role will be ensuring that the financial controls and information systems continue to meet the requirements of the organisation as it continues to grow, alongside an ability to maintain a culture of values and behaviours within the business that supports its long-term goals and ambitions. The successful candidate will have developed their career in an international business environment at Board level. They will be an experienced finance leader capable of providing broader experience above and beyond finance function leadership, who also have experience working in high-performing, privately owned organisations. You will have demonstrated your ability to contribute as a business partner and team player to the longer-term strategic development of such organisations and will have been involved in successful M&A activity and sale transactions.
