Operations Manager F/T or P/T hours available for the ‘right’ candidate. Nylah’s is a premium textured hair care brand rooted in a deep understanding of the unique needs of textured hair, our brand is a celebration of heritage, authenticity, and self-love. SUMMARY As our brand continues to scale, we are looking for an ‘Operations Manager’ to join the team. The position will work closely with Nylah’s founder and CEO to grow the B2B arm of our business, streamline supply chain, production and logistics and support our internationalisation efforts.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious person with relentless determination, and eager to join a fast-growing, disruptive business. The individual will work with a lean, focused team and will enjoy exposure to all facets of the business. Recent experience and a demonstrably proven track record in managing operations and teams, preferably within an FMCG industry is preferred.   Area of responsibilities  Supply Chain Optimisation: Oversee and optimise the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing, production, and delivery of products.International Expansion: Lead the operational aspects of our internationalisation strategy, including logistics, compliance, and distribution in new markets.B2B Sales Expansion: Drive national and international B2B opportunities, ensuring operational readiness for new market entries.Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer experience, from order fulfilment to post-purchase support. Logistics: Coordinate with our distribution partners to ensure timely dispatch of domestic orders. Manage logistics partners to ensure export orders arrive cost-effectively and on schedule. Cost Reduction & Efficiency: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining or improving service quality.Innovation & Technology Integration: Leverage technology to streamline operations, support growth, and drive continuous improvement. Who We Are Looking ForKnowledge and Experiences Broad practical experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams, including a working knowledge of strategic planning, corporate finance, marketing and support services.Ability to manage comprehensive budgets and business operations.Exceptional leadership and organisational skillsExcellent written, verbal and presentation communication skillsProficiency in business developmentQualifications •                Educated to bachelor’s degree level in Finance or Business managementAbout you Natural Leader: You’ve successfully led teams and made strategic decisions that drive results.
