Retail Manager

Retail Manager (Quality Butchery & Foodhall) Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to grow a profitable Butchery & Food Hall retail business. The Retail Manager will control store processes to achieve margins whilst positively leading the team to achieve KPIs whilst ensuring customer service standards are continuously achieved. The successful candidate will have led a team and taken responsibility for achieving and exceeding key targets, from overseeing sales and costs to promoting great Customer Service and inspiring your team to deliver. The ideal candidate: A minimum of 5+ years supervisory experience leading team members in a busy retail environment Excellent numeracy and literacy skills with a sound level of educational attainment Excellent people management, motivational skills and ability to supervise staff. Ability to maintain and promote good recordkeeping & legislative practices, and an understanding of the importance of excellent internal operating procedures Demonstrable passion and commitment to delivering outstanding service to customers and colleagues Highly trustworthy and diligent with a strong pride in work and all you do Knowledge of Food Safety practices and procedures Commercial Awareness, and ability to deliver on Key Performance Indicators such as sales, costs and profitability. Creative flair and an eye for detail, ensuring that excellent presentation and standards are maintained.
