The vacancy
DN Colleges Group is looking to employ a Timetabling and Curriculum Specialist within the Student Information Services Department.
About the role
The successful candidate will perform a key role in the high-performing Timetabling and Course Planning Team, supporting the Team Leader in managing the day-to-day operations of the local team, working with curriculum areas to undertake a wide range of administrative and student data-related duties, to deliver a professional and customer-focussed service to internal and external customers and students; ensuring that data quality and data management across the student life cycle operates effectively.
The ability to work flexibly, to tight deadlines, to be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and to handle information and resolve issues in a methodical, intelligent, and accurate manner are essential. Excellent customer service and communication skills are vital, as is working experience of using IT tools to work efficiently and accurately. Relevant in-depth experience of working with timetabling data and other associated tasks including rooming and register creation. Funding knowledge and experience of working on Pro-Solution would also be advantageous when creating new courses in curriculum.

The ideal candidate will be
- qualified in Maths & English at GCSE (grade 4 and above)
- Have experience in timetabling
- Have knowledge on curriculum funding
- Be experienced in a similar role within an education setting
