As part of their expansion, we are seeking a Corporate Finance Director with a strong background in M&A execution and origination. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage M&A transactions from origination through to execution. Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the mid-market. Oversee financial due diligence and valuations, ensuring alignment with client goals. Provide strategic advice and insights to clients on potential transactions. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions. Drive business development initiatives to further the firm’s growth. Candidate Profile: Extensive experience in M&A, with a proven track record of successful deal origination and execution. Background with a Big 4/Top 10 accountancy firm or leading consultancy. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex transactions.
