Product Planner - Continuous Inkjet

, you'll be a key player in developing our Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) product strategy, driving innovation by capturing the voice of the customer, analysing market trends, and launching new coding solutions that will help keep Linx at the forefront of the coding industry. In this role, a typical day will look like: Define and Deliver:

Shape customer-centric product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring them to fruition. Champion the Customer:

Advocate for customer needs throughout the business, ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction. Explore and Innovate:

Regularly engage with Linx customers, both in the UK and internationally, gathering feedback and uncovering new product opportunities. Analyse and Lead:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that will drive our product development.

What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, business, marketing or related studies, and/or strong relevant industrial experience. Proven track record in problem solving Proven experience in a product management or associated role (e.g. working alongside product managers) delivering solutions to manufacturing customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel globally up to 30% of the time Be able to work in a hybrid work environment with at least three days a week at our site St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, UK
