Part-Time Administrator
Our client, a London-based Landscaping design & build company, is seeking a dedicated Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The company would prefer a 3-day per week arrangement. The role will be office based in North West London.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and maintaining records
- Assisting with administrative projects
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Managing telephone calls and correspondence
- Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as required
